About The Position

The Treasury Solutions Documentation Specialist is responsible for creating and managing documentation for Treasury Solutions transactions. This role involves working closely with sales proposals, pro-formas, and Treasury Solutions officers to select and prepare necessary documents. The specialist will utilize Microsoft software and other related programs to ensure timely and accurate delivery of documents, manage client packages through DocuSign, and provide support to the department and peers. This position requires a strong understanding of Treasury Solutions terminology, legal documents, and a keen eye for detail to ensure all documentation conforms to bank policy.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Treasury Solutions terminology and legal documents used in Treasury Solutions.
  • Experience in completing documents with accuracy.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as client statements and proformas.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to use strong interpersonal skills to clarify instructions from Treasury Solutions officers, clients, and other bank representatives to resolve problems and correct discrepancies that negatively affect the production of documents that conform to bank policy.
  • Basic PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 2 years of Commercial Banking experience in retail, corporate or operations divisions.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred familiarity with Miser and DocuSign software packages.
  • Associate degree with related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Working from the sales proposal, pro-forma, and Treasury Solutions officers request to select documentation required, which may include Treasury Set Up forms for all cash management products, Insured Cash Sweep documents, and proforma preparation.
  • Creating documents using Microsoft software (Word, Adobe, Excel) and other related programs, ensuring the timely delivery of documents.
  • Preparing Treasury Solutions documentation upon receipt of request from Treasury Sales Officers, reviewing requests and related supporting documents to ensure accuracy and proper evidence of request and permissions.
  • Sending packages to clients through DocuSign and moving them to Treasury Support for Implementation.
  • Following up with Sales Officers, clients, and others for missing items needed to create accurate Treasury documentation.
  • Performing follow-up with Sales officers, clients, and others for document exceptions and trailing documents.
  • Responding to questions concerning documentation from Treasury Sales Officers, clients, and other staff members, resolving differences and providing direction to facilitate the documentation process.
  • Preparing pro-formas in Excel to provide accurate pricing for deposit services in appropriate service charge routine.
  • Providing support to peers in all facets of the department to perform routine tasks required to run the department and carry out various daily functions.
  • Reviewing all work assignments for accuracy and completeness, answering questions and providing guidance.
  • Participating in cross training throughout Treasury Solutions to be able to provide support and assist with special projects.
