About The Position
The Treasury Services Specialist is responsible for completing implementation, support, and training for a range of department services and products. Serving as the main point of contact with customers, this role handles daily service and support inquiries. Tasks include opening accounts, ACH origination, remote deposit capture, positive pay, commercial online banking, bill pay, enhanced account analysis, and sweep accounts. Collaborates with other departments and team members to provide a cohesive for customers that builds relationship banking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- A minimum of one to three years of bank experience; or A combination of education, training and experience equivalent
- Knowledge and understanding of cash management products and services, including online banking platforms, ACH, wire, and bank operations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong mathematical, problem-solving and computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to proactively cross-sell bank products & services
- Ability to apply and enforce regulatory standards for ethical behavior, confidentiality and information security
