About The Position
Kendall Bank is a growing community bank seeking a hands-on Treasury Services Manager to drive treasury sales, support commercial clients, and oversee daily treasury operations. This is a client-facing, player-coach role with ownership of treasury growth and direct partnership with lenders.
Requirements
- 5+ years Treasury Management or commercial banking experience
- Strong treasury product and payment services knowledge
- Client-focused, self-motivated, relationship builder
Nice To Haves
- CTP or AAP a plus
Responsibilities
- Primary Treasury Services sales lead
- Client meetings, onboarding, and product implementation
- Treasury operations oversight (ACH, wires, RDC, fraud tools)
- Managing Treasury Relationship Specialist support
