In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure quality delivery and ongoing support of all Treasury Management products and services—including additions, deletions, and changes—through the completion, validation, and maintenance of setup forms, agreements, billing, and client documentation; coordination of fulfillment materials; and effective transition and ongoing support of customers across Treasury Management teams. This responsibility also includes managing a high volume of inbound and outbound client calls in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and a high level of customer service, as well as the ability to identify individual customer needs and collaborate with Treasury Officers and internal partners to deliver appropriate solutions.
