Requirements

Bachelor’s degree + 2–4 years of relevant experience
Background in banking, accounting, or payments processing required
Strong Excel skills and overall proficiency in Microsoft Office (AX experience a plus)
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Known for accountability, integrity, and a strong work ethic
Service-minded team player who values accuracy and customer experience

Responsibilities

Own the payment process end-to-end, including checks, direct deposits, purchasing cards, wires, and ACH transactions
Coordinate with banks on file transmissions, positive pay, and payment releases
Handle exceptions, voids, reissues, and research to keep everything accurate and on track
Lead and support payment-related projects that drive efficiency and improvement
Manage unclaimed property including due diligence, filings, reconciliations, and audit support
Support banking operations as a backup for deposits, debit permissions, and payment approvals
Process store refunds and journal entries as needed
Partner with internal teams to deliver legendary support across the organization
