Requirements
- Strong attention to detail with a process-driven mindset
- Ability to work effectively within a structured and controlled environment
- Experience or comfort working within Microsoft 365 tools
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to banking, finance, accounting, or treasury operations
- Experience working with wire transfers, cash management, or financial systems
- College degree (preferred but not required)
Responsibilities
- Prepare documentation to open, close, and maintain bank accounts and related services
- Initiate, review, and release wire transfers with a high level of accuracy and timeliness
- Consolidate and process transactions to enable effective liquidity management and investment decisions
- Track balances, identify potential overdrafts, and ensure funds are properly allocated
- Utilize the Treasury Workstation and bank portals to execute transactions and maintain data integrity
- Troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance with internal controls, and maintain accurate documentation
- Work closely with Treasury, business units, and external banking partners to support daily operations
- Perform critical tasks during business resumption events to maintain uninterrupted financial operations
