Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in treasury, finance, accounting, or corporate finance.
  • 8+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
  • Experience managing banking relationships, cash forecasting, and working capital initiatives.
  • SAP experience required.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.

  • Experience with treasury and credit management systems preferred.
  • CPA or CFA designation preferred.
  • MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain weekly Cash Management System (CMS) forecasts to ensure adequate liquidity for daily consolidated operations.
  • Develop consolidated cash flow forecasts for the annual budget, current fiscal year, and Long Range Plan (LRP).
  • Provide financial modeling, data-driven analysis, and recommendations to support executive decision-making and special projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve liquidity, cash forecasting accuracy, and treasury reporting.
  • Monitor and report Accounts Receivable KPIs, including aging, collection effectiveness, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
  • Analyze Accounts Payable KPIs, including aging, payment accuracy, team productivity, and duplicate payment prevention.
  • Track consolidated working capital metrics and recommend initiatives to improve cash flow, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
  • Develop reporting and dashboards to monitor key treasury and working capital performance indicators.
  • Lead the Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Collections team to achieve operational excellence and performance goals.
  • Ensure timely collections while minimizing bad debt expense and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Oversee annual credit line reviews, new customer credit approvals, and ongoing credit risk monitoring.
  • Ensure accurate accounting, reconciliation, and reporting of accounts receivable balances.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process enhancements, automation, and system optimization.
  • Manage day-to-day treasury operations.
  • Review bank statements, analyze bank fees, and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
  • Monitor disbursement activity and transaction reporting to ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Resolve online banking issues and support treasury-related banking administration.
  • Maintain banking authorizations, signer updates, and required banking documentation.
  • Perform monthly interest allocation and accrual analysis across legal entities.
  • Assist with foreign exchange (FX) hedging strategies and execution.
