As Scout’s Treasury Manager, you will manage liquidity, banking relationships, financing obligations, and treasury operations across a growing portfolio of utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects. Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Finance, you will own day-to-day treasury activities and develop processes, controls, and reporting to support a growing, capital-intensive business. You will work with Scout teams to anticipate funding needs, execute cash movements, administer banking and credit arrangements, and provide leadership with visibility into liquidity. You will also support project financings and other transactions, including funding mechanics, closing flows, letters of credit, debt activity, and post-close treasury administration. The role calls for a hands-on treasury professional with technical knowledge, sound judgment, attention to detail, and a continuous-improvement mindset. You will independently manage multiple workstreams, identify and communicate risks, develop practical solutions, and partner with internal stakeholders and external banking partners. The ideal candidate will be able to commute to Scout’s Boulder office on a 3/2 hybrid schedule. Scout aims to fill the position by the end of January 2027. The target base salary is $130,000–$160,000 depending on experience, with attractive bonus potential. Scout encourages applications from all demographics, especially people traditionally underrepresented in the energy industry, and welcomes applications from veterans of the United States Armed Forces.
