About The Position

The Treasury Manager is a senior leader within Crusoe’s Treasury function and reports to the Treasury Senior Manager. The role owns critical workstreams across investment portfolio management, interest rate risk, debt compliance, and liquidity. It manages external investment advisor relationships and supports the broader Treasury team in a fast-growing, complex environment. The position drives process discipline, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Investment Management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Highly advanced quantitative and analytical skills.
Exceptional Excel modeling skills, including the ability to build detailed, complex financial models from scratch.
Strong command of financial theory, including economics, capital structure, WACC, derivatives, portfolio management, and company valuations, and its practical applications.
Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and precision in financial analysis and reporting.
Ability to analyze legal documents and understand the technical and accounting implications of complex transactions.
Demonstrated experience overseeing investment portfolios and managing external investment advisor relationships, with strong working knowledge of fixed income.
Hands-on experience with interest rate derivatives, hedging strategy development and execution, and ongoing effectiveness monitoring.
Track record of leading complex cross-functional workstreams and delivering results through direct management and organizational influence.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to turn complex topics into manageable recommendations.
Self-starter able to multitask and deliver under tight timelines, iterative fact sets, and changing priorities; must be hands-on.
Positive attitude and a solutions-focused approach.

Nice To Haves

CFA Charterholder or progress toward the CFA charter.
MBA, Master of Finance, or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of Bloomberg modeling tools and API syntax.

Responsibilities

Drive the build-out and oversight of banking and investment infrastructure needed to support multi-billion-dollar projects.
Oversee the company’s investment portfolio, monitor it day to day, manage external investment advisor relationships, and ensure alignment with the Investment Policy Statement.
Analyze interest rate market conditions and risk exposure to inform hedging strategy; support the evaluation, recommendation, and execution of derivative transactions and ensure compliance with lender-mandated hedging requirements.
Own lender debt covenant compliance across multiple SPVs and legal entities, including monitoring, reporting, lender communications, and proactive management of covenant headroom.
Design and implement reporting and monitoring frameworks for current and future debt facilities, ensuring operational feasibility and risk mitigation as the debt portfolio expands.
Support liquidity forecasting with Finance and business stakeholders to inform capital allocation decisions through forward-looking analysis.
Provide strategic analytical support for organizational initiatives, helping ensure efficient capital deployment and proactive risk management.
Support Treasury cash management activities, including optimal positioning of global cash balances and execution of high-value transactions.
Build and maintain executive-level reporting packages, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership using Excel and PowerPoint.
