About The Position

The Treasury Manager monitors day-to-day cash management operations and serves as backup for the Treasury Director. The role is also responsible for ongoing maintenance of the company’s bank accounts. The position supports cash reconciliation and wire payment approvals, resolves cash discrepancies, administers bank proprietary platforms, oversees account feeds, supports working capital integrity, processes supply chain payments and interest reporting, works with auditors on SOX compliance, and participates in selecting and implementing treasury services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 5 years of Treasury Operations or related finance experience.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Kyriba and online banking portals.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the department and across the organization.
• Ability to identify process improvements and recommend improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Senior Analyst’s day-to-day performance.
• Serve as secondary support for daily cash reconciliation and wire payment approvals.
• Investigate and resolve cash discrepancies in coordination with internal departments and external financial institutions.
• Act as Treasury Administrator for bank proprietary platforms and prepare quarterly administrator reviews for audit.
• Maintain and oversee bank accounts and account feeds, including opening, modifying, and closing accounts as needed.
• Ensure the integrity of the consolidated working capital structure by establishing and adhering to standards for receipts and disbursement mechanisms.
• Process monthly supply chain payments and provide interest reporting to accounting.
• Work with auditors to ensure the department is SOX compliant.
• Participate in selecting and implementing new treasury services for internal business entities as needed.
