About The Position

The Treasury Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's cash management, banking structure and relationships, liquidity planning, debt compliance and treasury operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the organization maintains adequate liquidity, optimizes cash flow, manages financial risk, and supports strategic business initiatives across multiple operating locations and legal entities. The position will also assist in risk management coordination. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, treasury expertise, excel knowledge, experience with banking platforms and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive treasury, corporate finance, or cash management experience.
  • Strong understanding of cash forecasting, liquidity management, banking operations, and treasury controls.
  • Experience managing banking relationships and treasury operations in a multi-location environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial modeling experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.
  • MBA and other relevant professional certification.
  • Experience with treasury management systems (TMS), and ERP platforms.
  • Experience in private equity owed companies / leveraged balance sheets
  • Experience supporting multi-entity or geographically dispersed operations.
  • Knowledge of debt management and risk mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cash positioning, cash forecasting (13-week forecast), and liquidity planning.
  • Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor company bank accounts and oversee cash account structure, credit card processors, transfers, and funding activities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and financial institutions, including debt lender group.
  • Oversee treasury management systems, online banking platforms, and related processes.
  • Assist with the management of debt obligations, credit facilities, and covenant compliance.
  • Evaluate and recommend strategies to optimize working capital and improve cash utilization.
  • Support the development and implementation of treasury policies, controls, and procedures.
  • Monitor financial risks, including liquidity, interest rate, and counterparty exposure.
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of treasury transactions.
  • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting activities.
  • Support financing transactions, and other strategic initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare treasury reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Provide budget and forecast inputs for interest expense and other treasury related assumptions.
  • Assist with the tracking of capital expenditures.
  • Management of corporate P-Card program.
  • Ability to lead and perform projects to streamline and automate treasury and related functions.
