About The Position

Ripple is hiring a Treasury Manager for its growing global Treasury team. The role handles daily cash and product operations and supports global treasury processes, infrastructure expansion, and coordination with cross-functional colleagues and Ripple partners. The Treasury Manager oversees cash flows, funding, reconciliations, liquidity, payments, bank and exchange accounts, treasury systems, and related controls and compliance. The role also supports stablecoin and digital asset treasury operations, bank relationships, system implementation, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in corporate treasury operations.
Deep expertise in domestic, cross-border, FX, and digital asset payments.
Sophisticated proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Analytical approach and excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead with data and strategic solutions.
Proactive and organized, with presentation skills, curiosity, and a bias for action.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional partners at all levels.
Demonstrated self-direction and proactivity, and the ability to respond rapidly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a high-growth startup or multinational environment.
Experience implementing or using a SaaS Treasury Management System such as GTreasury or Kyriba.
MBA, CFA, or CTP.

Responsibilities

Prepare, assess, and process cash flow transactions, including payroll, tax, bank fees, and treasury payments.
Manage entity funding approvals and callbacks, capital calls, loans, grants, and intercompany funding and settlement oversight.
Oversee daily cash operations, including cash handling, bank account reconciliation, and account configurations.
Support internal and external audits, coordinate FBAR compliance, and monitor restricted accounts and letters of credit.
Assist in preparing and analyzing cash positions, providing digital asset funding, and ensuring liquidity for wallet and funding obligations.
Complete RLUSD stablecoin treasury operations and support OTC trading, RPD, and Treasury operations.
Manage accounts payable and corporate payments using crypto assets.
Manage global bank and exchange accounts, including account openings and closures, KYC, signatory updates, FBAR reporting, user access management, and other account activities.
Review bank fees and yields, manage banking relationships and QBRs, and process letters of credit with corporate banks.
Manage user access for bank portals and treasury management systems, including GTreasury and Trovata, and troubleshoot issues through JIRA.
Coordinate daily bank-feed reviews, API/PIX credential coordination, and maintenance of the centralized bank data file.
Support GTreasury implementation and other AI, Jira, and automation initiatives.
