About The Position

Join Blue Sky Bank as a full-time Treasury Management Specialist II (TMS II) in Tulsa, Oklahoma! This role plays a key part in supporting treasury services by assisting with prospecting, marketing, selling, and cross-selling treasury management products and commercial deposit accounts. The TMS II serves as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and service delivery.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of Banking Experience (including 9 months-2 years of Treasury Management Services experience.)
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, qualifying motor vehicle record report, and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of Bank products, computer systems, and software applications.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Flexible, adaptable, and willingness to continuously learn.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and prospect.
• Open and manage a variety of business accounts, including commercial, small business, and specialty accounts
• Lead onboarding, implementation, and training for treasury services
• Provide top-tier client support via inbox, secure messaging, and phone
• Prepare and manage documentation with accuracy and compliance
• Partner with internal teams (Retail, Operations, Fraud, Wire) to resolve client needs
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to expand treasury and deposit relationships
• Monitor risk, recognize fraud red flags, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Support audits, reviews, and ongoing account maintenance
