This role is responsible for identifying prospective clients, developing relationships, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate Treasury management products and services. The position contributes to revenue growth and profitability by assessing fees and managing expenditures. It involves engaging with Retail and Commercial associates through training and developing referral programs and sales incentives. A key aspect is the development, implementation, and reporting of a comprehensive sales plan, including prospecting, direct sales, customer service, and compliance. The role leads sales efforts for various cash management products and serves as a Division leader for merchant services. It also involves representing the Division on a cash management sales task force, conducting external sales efforts, and assisting with the identification, innovation, and implementation of new cash management products. The position requires preparing agreements and proposals, providing ongoing customer service and support, and answering customer inquiries. Active participation in professional organizations and community events is expected, as is taking responsibility for solving customer problems efficiently. Maintaining awareness of and adherence to the Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts is crucial. The role also involves delivering a consistent, high level of service according to Serving More standards, and performing other duties as assigned.
