The position contributes to fee revenue growth and profitability by assessing fees and controlling expenditures. It involves engaging with Retail and Commercial associates through training and developing referral programs and sales incentive campaigns. The role also includes the development, implementation, and reporting of a comprehensive sales plan, leading sales efforts for cash management products, and serving as a Division leader for merchant services. Additionally, it requires active participation in professional organizations and community events, providing ongoing customer service and support, and ensuring adherence to compliance requirements and risk management concepts.
