About The Position

Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Treasury Management Operations Specialist to join their TM Operations Quality Assurance team. This role involves reviewing documents related to treasury management products, including product fulfillment and daily production work. The specialist will also review system setups, conduct research, and provide quality review support through various communication channels. Additionally, the role requires addressing inquiries, attending implementation meetings, and identifying areas for improved quality reviews. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Requires High School diploma, GED or equivalent education and 2+ year experience in banking operations, treasury management and/or bank products, accounting or other directly related experience.
• A combination of education and experience.
• Proficient knowledge of treasury and cash management products, systems, procedures, services, accounting, financial and account analysis.
• Must have strong customer service, problem solving and communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite, Salesforce and other tools.
• Ability to work with clients and staff.
• Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline.

Responsibilities

• Review documents for treasury management products, including product fulfillment and daily production work.
• Review system setups, conduct research as needed.
• Review and index treasury management documents, and/or conduct research when applicable.
• Provide quality review support via email, Microsoft chat or Salesforce chatter feed as needed.
• Address inquiries, problems, and concerns.
• Attend Implementation meetings, training as assigned, to support the quality of implementation to help minimize time to market.
• Identify and draft communication to support better quality reviews.
• Other duties as assigned.
