About The Position

Park Avenue Group, a division of Angott Search Group, is partnering with a $1.5B South Florida Bank in the search for a Treasury Management Onboarding Specialist. This role serves as the key connection between business clients, treasury sales, and internal teams, ensuring a smooth and accurate implementation of cash management services.

Requirements

• Experience with treasury management, cash management, banking operations, or a related field.
• Understanding of ACH, wires, online banking, and other treasury products.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across sales, operations, and technical teams.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of banking compliance and risk management practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement treasury products including ACH, positive pay, remote deposit capture, and wire services.
• Guide clients through implementation and provide training on online banking and reporting tools.
• Collect required documentation and ensure implementations meet compliance and risk standards.
• Communicate implementation status with Relationship Managers and Treasury Advisors.
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues during and after implementation.
• Ensure products are configured accurately to meet client needs and service expectations.
