About The Position

This position will be hired at level I, II, III or IV depending on experience. The Treasury Management Officer (TMO) provides sales and service of non-credit Treasury Services business solutions to customers and prospects utilizing a consultative sales and relationship management approach. This position will participate as the Treasury Services liaison for various product and repricing committees as assigned.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a business related field preferred
• TMO Level I: At least one year of experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience
• TMO Level II: At least three years of experience in Treasury services area required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• TMO Level III: At least eight years of Treasury Services experience required
• TMO Level IV: At least ten years of Treasury Services experience required
• Sales experience with consultative selling skills preferred (Level I)
• Sales experience with consultative selling skills required (Levels II, III, IV)
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of banking and Business Services products and services
• Knowledge of banking deposit operations processing
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of bank regulations

Nice To Haves

• Certified Treasury Professional Certification (CTP) desired (Level II)
• Certified Treasury Professional Certification (CTP) required or to be obtained within first 12 months of employment (Level III)
• Certified Treasury Professional Certification (CTP) or a demonstrated track record of progressively responsible experience in treasury, cash management, and financial operations is required. Candidates without the CTP designation may qualify based on substantial experience and a proven ability to deliver results across a diverse portfolio of responsibilities. (Level IV)

Responsibilities

• Manages customer portfolios
• Represents the Treasury Management Department on various product and re-pricing committees as assigned
• Performs sales and service of Business Services products to existing customers and prospects
• Supports other bank officers with customers, prospecting, proposals, and referrals
• Performs other duties as assigned
