About The Position

Stifel’s Bank and Trust companies provide lending and trust services as an extension of advisors’ relationships with clients. The Treasury Management Intern will gain hands-on experience in bank treasury functions while assisting with system conversions, data migration, and implementation of a new bank treasury platform. The internship offers an opportunity to learn alongside treasury professionals and contribute to projects supporting the business.

Requirements

• Pursuing a college degree, preferably in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing for the needs of the audience.
• Ability to combine information to form general rules or conclusions.
• Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.

Responsibilities

• Learn various job functions within the financial services industry.
• Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills by contributing to projects.
• Research legal, regulatory, and other topics within the functional area and industry.
• Attend training and development presentations to enhance professional competencies.
• Assist in preparing reports.
• Contribute to projects that support the business.
