About The Position

The Treasury Management Implementation Specialist I is responsible for onboarding new clients and implementing Treasury Management products and services. The role works closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to support successful implementation of treasury services. The specialist opens commercial accounts, prepares and processes service documentation, implements services for new and existing customers, and facilitates client training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of applicable banking experience.
• Ability to follow internal policies and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Treasury Management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open new commercial accounts.
• Manage multiple implementation requests simultaneously and ensure timely, successful completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain required business documentation.
• Prepare agreements and new account documentation for Treasury Management services.
• Work directly with clients to obtain signatures for new and existing Treasury Management services.
• Implement products and services for new and existing Treasury Management customers.
• Facilitate client training on Treasury Management products and services.
• Complete Account Analysis for new implementation requests.
