About The Position

Five Star Bank is a $5.6 billion community business bank operating through 10 offices across California, with administrative offices in Newport Beach and Downtown Sacramento. The bank focuses on commercial real estate and small to medium-sized businesses, providing customized banking solutions.

The Treasury Implementation Specialist processes ACH origination requests, remote deposit capture services, personal online banking enrollments, bill pay services, mobile banking and mobile capture services, cash management, positive pay, business online banking requests, E-Statements, and other online banking-related transactions. The role manages implementations from start to finish, supports customers and colleagues, ensures compliance, and assists with testing new products. This position has no supervisory responsibility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of operational or electronic banking experience.

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Specialized training or information technology experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
• Manage each implementation end to end as a project, meet defined service-level agreements, and focus on expediting revenue generation.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable banking rules, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
• Execute electronic banking requests promptly while maintaining compliance with applicable laws.
• Implement, train, and support remote deposit capture, mobile deposit capture, mobile banking, consumer online banking, cash management services, bill pay services, positive pay, E-Statements, interbank transfers, online tax payments, and other developing services or channels.
• Screen electronic banking transactions for fraud using core-provided or other tools.
• Assist in testing and validating new products introduced by the Customer Experience Department.
• Complete all training modules by their established due dates.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
