About The Position

The Sales Strategy & Ops team sits within the Treasury Management COO organization and partners with TM Sales leadership to drive revenue growth through streamlined processes, data-driven insights, and targeted training. In this role, you will lead ad hoc analyses to answer strategic questions and inform decisions on priorities, resource allocation, and growth opportunities. You will also support special projects across sales strategy, process optimization, and go-to-market alignment. Additionally, you will build and maintain reporting that gives TM Sales leadership a clear view of performance and progress against goals, develop executive-level presentation materials for leadership meetings, business reviews, and cross-functional forums, and define and execute data collection, research, and reporting activities, translating findings into clear recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ad hoc analyses to answer strategic questions and inform decisions on priorities, resource allocation, and growth opportunities
  • Support special projects across sales strategy, process optimization, and go-to-market alignment
  • Build and maintain reporting that gives TM Sales leadership a clear view of performance and progress against goals
  • Develop executive-level presentation materials for leadership meetings, business reviews, and cross-functional forums
  • Define and execute data collection, research, and reporting activities, translating findings into clear recommendations
  • Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data driven solutions.
  • Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
  • Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
  • Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solutions for business leadership to enable data driven decision making.
  • Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.
  • Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
  • Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
