About The Position

To translate data into forward-looking analytics that improve decision-making and operational efficiency, supporting Treasury's strategic goals for optimal cash management, automated reporting and enhanced forecasting. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or other quantitative field
  • 2+ years of data analytics or financial analysis within treasury, finance or related business function
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and data integrity
  • Ability to synthesize large datasets, interpret financial statements, analyze cash flow projections, and understand financial ratios
  • Analytical mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities
  • Effective communication skills to convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders across all levels of the organization

  • Foundation in statistical analysis and programmatic methods

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with data analysts, scientists, and Treasury team members to implement machine learning (ML) predictive data modeling tools for cash flow forecasting
  • Utilize tools like Power BI to create detailed reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights, driving better decisions in measuring, forecasting, investing, borrowing, and risk management
  • Develop SQL queries and automated workflows to extract and manipulate data for analysis
  • Work with other departments to gather forward-looking business data to enhance cash flow forecasting models
  • Design, validate, and execute data quality and integrity checks to ensure reliability of analytical outputs
  • Translate business questions and requirements into technical logic and analytical solutions
  • Communicate insights, assumptions, and limitations clearly—both visually and verbally—to audiences ranging from operators to senior leadership
