About The Position

The Treasury & Credit Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting our Treasury and Credit department. This role offers exposure to complex organizational structures and Oracle financial systems, providing real-world experience in problem-solving, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. The intern will directly contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations, ensuring cash flow and receivables are properly tracked and reconciled, supporting risk management through credit reviews, and contributing to strategic decision-making through forecasting and reporting.

Requirements

• College student studying accounting or finance who is entering into their Junior or Senior year at an accredited College or University
• Cumulative GPA of at least a 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• Strong written, verbal communication; and presentation skills.
• Previous internships experience
• Coursework or work experience in accounting, financial systems, or credit analysis
• Collaborating with teams in Treasury, Credit, Billing, and Accounting to research and resolve discrepancies
• Ability to meet daily deadlines and work independently
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Out of the box thinking, problem solving, relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, both oral and written

Responsibilities

• Performing daily cash reconciliations across multiple company accounts
• Reporting daily cash positions and assisting with cash forecasting
• Applying customer receipts in Oracle
• Assisting with Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and onboarding for new counterparties
• Supporting credit reviews and analysis for new and existing customers
