About The Position

U.S. Bank is seeking a dynamic, client-focused Project Manager for its Treasury Client Onboarding Team. The role leads and coordinates project-based onboarding initiatives for new Treasury Management clients and for existing clients adding treasury services. The team provides a seamless onboarding experience and supports the expansion of existing client relationships with new treasury services. The Project Manager participates in identifying, designing, developing, and implementing assigned projects. Serving as a point of contact, the role collaborates with internal and external partners, guides project teams, and holds individuals accountable for deliverables and timelines to ensure projects are completed successfully and on time. The role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Three to five years of experience in project management activities.
Strong project management skills and expertise.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong executive presence and confidence partnering with people at varied organizational levels.
Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence without authority.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Treasury Management or related financial services.
Background managing or servicing business clients, with an emphasis on an elevated client experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee client and internal partner initiatives for new clients or existing clients adding treasury services that directly affect Treasury Client Onboarding and Servicing (TCOS), ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
Coordinate, facilitate, and participate in client meetings related to assigned projects and initiatives.
Lead and manage end-to-end onboarding projects for Treasury Management clients, ensuring timely and successful implementation of solutions.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues, using project plans as needed.
Solicit ongoing feedback from clients, Relationship Managers, internal partners, and servicing peers to identify areas for improvement.
Guide project teams and hold individuals accountable for deliverables and timelines.
