About The Position

An intermediate level treasury management/finance position, with 3-5 years exposure or experience in banking, cash collections and disbursements, bank activity reporting, daily cash positioning, cash forecasting, payments processing and financial data analysis and visualizations, that would support the daily management of company funds, operations and strategic direction of the Treasury department.

  • Ability to complete tasks independently and work as part of a team and on workflow projects
  • Bank portal proficiency and project management experience
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance/accounting or similar
  • 3 or more years of experience in banking, treasury, or accounting
  • Ability to meet daily and month end financial reporting deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (arrays, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, Python in Excel), Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and visualizations

Nice To Haves

  • Background and education in IT or data science (Python and SQL coding) preferred
  • Certified Treasury Professional or FPAC Certification preferred
  • SAP S4Hana or Treasury Management System experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily maintenance, reconcilement and recount ability of all company banking activities. Bank account reconciliation experience preferred
  • Responsible for daily reporting of U.S. and Canadian banking activities
  • Prepare analytical reports on bank fees, A/R collections and A/P disbursement transactional activity, and other Treasury reports requested by the Director of Treasury and senior management
  • Contribute to various Treasury projects to drive automation; develop data analytical and automation tools, models and visualizations
  • Preparation of month-end cash journal entries, cash flow variance and bank balances analysis
  • Prepare/release daily electronic funds transfers to vendors, tax jurisdictions, healthcare providers, employee benefit plans, including intercompany settlements and netting, and funding operational bank accounts
  • Support accounts receivable, accounts payable, accounting, FP&A and regional finance departments on Treasury-related inquiries leading to resolutions, and serving as a core member of workflow automation and AI-related finance projects
  • Administer bank account updates such as signatories, KYC documentation, and new bank account and services set up
