Treasury Analyst (hybrid)
About The Position
This is a contract-to-hire position for a Treasury Analyst with an estimated duration of 12+ months and possible extensions. The role is hybrid, requiring 4 days a week onsite and 1 day remote. The analyst will work with one of the largest global vacation and cruise providers, contributing to the Corporate Treasury function. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining documentation for debt and derivative portfolios, gathering and grooming requirements for treasury systems, preparing wire documentation, supporting payment processing, participating in technology initiatives, and assisting with KYC requests and compliance documentation. The role involves bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions, supporting capital markets and cash management teams, and ensuring effective administration of debt portfolios and financial transactions.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or banking
- Experience with debt capital markets, treasury operations, and financial systems
- Experience with debt portfolio management, wire processing, and handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain documentation and trackers for debt and derivative portfolios, including system requirements and process flows
- Gather, review, and groom business and technical requirements for treasury systems, collaborating with stakeholders and IT teams
- Prepare wire documentation, ensure supplier setup in financial systems, and support payment processing procedures
- Participate in technology initiatives, including system upgrades and process automation projects
- Assist with Know Your Customer (KYC) requests and compliance documentation
- Bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions within the Corporate Treasury function
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements for treasury-related systems and processes, supporting capital markets and cash management teams, and ensuring the effective administration of debt portfolios and financial transactions.
