About The Position
The North Olmsted City School's Board of Education is seeking a Treasurer. The selected candidate will represent North Olmsted City Schools in an ethical and professional manner. The search process is flexible and open-ended, and the board encourages all applicants with the required license, qualifications, and professionalism to apply. This includes current treasurers, those ready for career advancement, and those interested in an interim or transitional role. Retire/rehire candidates may also be considered.
Requirements
- Possession of a valid State of Ohio School Treasurer License
- Knowledge of school finance, budgeting, and financial forecasts.
- High ethical standards in regard to use of public funds.
- Ability and willingness to work in a professional, collaborative, and supportive manner with all stakeholders (Board of Education, community members, staff, students, families, and the City of North Olmsted).
- Ability to communicate consistently in a clear, concise, and effective manner with all stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
