About The Position

We are seeking a Treasurer Tag/Tax Clerk to join our team. The Treasurer Tag/Tax Clerk will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records of tax payments, and assisting with tagging and titling vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a background in financial management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in financial management, tax processing, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Process tax payments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with vehicle tagging and titling procedures.
  • Maintain precise financial records and documentation.
  • Reconcile accounts and handle financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding tax and financial matters.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations.
