About The Position

Now Hiring Assemblers (Travel Role) | $18-$22/hr + Per Diem | Up to 50% Travel. Looking for a hands-on role that gets you out of the shop and into the field? We’re hiring skilled Assemblers to work on industrial valves both in-house and at customer sites. This position offers a mix of shop work and travel, with per diem and lodging provided when you’re on the road. In this role, you’ll be responsible for tearing down, inspecting, repairing, and reassembling valves and related components used in oil and gas and other industrial applications. You’ll also travel to customer sites to perform on-site repairs, installations, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Experience working with industrial valves (disassembly, repair, reassembly)
• Knowledge of standards such as API, ASME, and ANSI
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Experience with pressure testing and diagnostic equipment
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Must have or be able to obtain a TWIC card
• Must participate in DISA Random Testing Program (RTP)

Responsibilities

• Tear down, inspect, clean, and refurbish valves, actuators, and components
• Diagnose issues such as leaks, wear, and damage, and determine repair solutions
• Reassemble valves and perform pressure and functionality testing
• Document inspections, repairs, and test results accurately
• Travel to customer sites for on-site repairs, installation, and commissioning
