Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience with progressive field leadership responsibilities
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction means and methods
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and project excellence
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively based on project needs

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead all field operations from mobilization through project completion
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and quality control
  • Drive project safety and maintain HC Company's safety standards
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve field challenges while maintaining schedule and project goals
  • Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, daily reports, and as-built drawings
  • Build strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and project teams
