About The Position

Uprite Construction is seeking a Traveling Superintendent with strong field leadership and proven experience in clean room construction. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex technical projects, coordinating field teams, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders, and upholding the highest standards of safety and quality. This role requires the individual to be based in the Dallas Fort Worth area, serving as a home base for travel to various Texas cities, including Houston, and potentially other locations as needed. The Traveling Superintendent will represent Uprite Construction on-site.

Requirements

• Proven superintendent experience in clean room construction.
• Must currently reside in the Dallas Fort Worth area.
• Strong understanding of controlled environments, air filtration, material handling, and gowning requirements.
• Ability to lead crews with clarity, respect, and confidence.
• Organized, proactive, communicative, and calm under pressure.
• Willing and able to travel throughout Texas as part of normal work duties.
• High personal standards for safety, quality, and professionalism.
• Comfortable working with fast-paced schedules and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations from initial mobilization through project closeout.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and controlled work environment that adheres to strict clean room standards.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, trade partners, engineers, and facility teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, and installation requirements to ensure precision and compliance.
• Conduct daily planning meetings, progress reviews, and schedule updates.
• Inspect ongoing work to verify quality, sequencing, and adherence to cleanliness protocols.
• Foster strong relationships with trade partners while ensuring accountability from all parties.
• Prepare daily field reports, site photos, and updates for leadership and clients.
• Manage manpower planning, deliveries, site logistics, temporary controls, and closeout activities.
