About The Position
Endeavor Schools is seeking a Traveling Substitute Childcare Teacher to join our team. This role involves traveling to three different school locations based on need: Fulbright Montessori, Spectrum Montessori-Portola Springs, and Spectrum Montessori-Woodbury. Our educators are dedicated to brightening children's lives and building their own bright futures. As a Substitute Teacher, you will ensure continuity in our educational programs during regular teachers' absences, requiring flexibility, patience, and a love for working with young children.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
