About The Position
Join Heritage Montessori as a Multi-Campus Substitute Teacher-Childcare! We are seeking an individual willing to travel to our two school locations in Huntington Beach and Costa Mesa based on need. Our educators brighten children's lives and build their own bright futures. We offer a supportive environment, empowering teachers with resources to create a positive learning environment and investing in their careers through education incentives and development programs. As a Substitute Teacher, you will maintain continuity in educational programs during regular teachers' absences. The ideal candidate will be flexible, patient, and genuinely love working with young children.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
