About The Position

As a Traveling Sales Specialist, you will travel to communities within the northeast division, which can include Ohio, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Your role will be to generate high-volume recurring streams of new move-in revenue for assigned Brookdale communities experiencing sales associate vacancies. Assignments will vary in length and may change with little notice.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant and recent senior living sales experience.
  • A proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads.
  • Ability to effectively listen and communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Must be self-directed, able to prioritize tasks, and have the ability to accept directives.
  • Team player with industry knowledge and the ability to connect with families.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation.

Nice To Haves

  • Close proximity to an airport is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
