STRUCTURAL Building Envelope team has opportunities for a Traveling Rope Access Level 3 Supervisor to lead specialized crews performing structural repairs and restoration projects across the United States. If you're a certified SPRAT Level 3 or IRATA Level 3 professional who thrives in challenging environments, enjoys traveling, and takes pride in mentoring crews while delivering high-quality work safely, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Current SPRAT Level 3 or IRATA Level 3 certification
  • 5+ years of construction or industrial rope access experience
  • Proven experience leading field crews and coordinating project execution
  • Background in concrete repair, facade restoration, waterproofing, structural strengthening, coatings, or related specialty contracting work
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • OSHA 30 certification required
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work at heights in a variety of environments

Responsibilities

  • Leading and supervising rope access technicians on complex restoration and repair projects
  • Planning daily work activities and coordinating field operations with Project Managers and Superintendents
  • Performing and overseeing facade restoration, waterproofing, concrete repair, structural strengthening, and building envelope work
  • Conducting pre-task planning, safety meetings, and site-specific training
  • Mentoring and developing rope access technicians and future field leaders
  • Maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity
  • Traveling extensively to support projects throughout the U.S.
