We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Chef for an UHNW couple based primarily in Miami, with regular travel between multiple residences in New York, Aspen, London, and St. Tropez (the family usually spends 6 to 8 months in the US). This is a full-time, long-term position for a chef with Michelin-star restaurant experience and a strong background in private households. The role involves preparing daily lunch and dinner for the principals, as well as staff meals for 3–4 during lunch. Breakfast is generally pre-prepared the night before, no need to be served. The working schedule is Sunday to Thursday, typically starting around 10:00 AM through to post-dinner service (approximately 8 PM). The ideal candidate will be confident delivering a variety of cuisines, with a focus on healthy, fresh, and light dishes. The family enjoys Middle Eastern, French, Italian, and Asian cuisines, with an emphasis on fish, chicken, vegetables, and clean eating. Experience creating nutritious snacks such as healthy baked goods and protein-based items is highly valued. The chef will be responsible for menu planning, provisioning, and grocery shopping in all locations (with some support in Miami). Strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work closely with household staff and principals are essential. Occasional travel onboard the family’s private yacht (short stays and day trips only) may be required, though no yachting certifications are needed. Accommodation is provided in all locations except Miami, where the chef is expected to arrange their own housing during the period based there (typically January to May). Health insurance is provided after a probation period. This is an excellent opportunity for a top-level chef seeking a dynamic role with international travel and a refined, health-conscious household.
