About The Position

Cranial Technologies is the leader in pediatric cranial orthoses and non-invasive ear shape correction. We are seeking a Nationwide Traveling Certified Orthotist based out of Dallas, TX for a full-time position. This role offers the unique opportunity to practice in various Cranial Technologies locations across the United States, working exclusively with infants and their families in a pediatric clinical outpatient setting. The position involves traveling to different clinics, typically Monday through Friday, with weekends at home. Travel schedules are provided in advance, and the company covers all travel expenses and provides a per diem. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoy building relationships with new teams and families.

Requirements

• Certified Orthotist
• State-issued REAL ID compliant license or equivalent TSA accepted travel documentation required by start date
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Must be able to complete AHCA's screening program.

Nice To Haves

• Background in pediatrics is preferred.
• Candidates close to a major airport for ease of travel booking.

Responsibilities

• Treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band®.
• Correct ear shapes with EarWell®.
• Serve as an expert in the evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and conditions involving misshapen ears.
• Develop strong relationships with families throughout their treatment process.
• Travel to various Cranial Technologies clinics across the United States.
