About The Position

Cranial Technologies is hiring a full-time Traveling Occupational Therapist based in New Jersey. The role provides occupational therapy care for infants in pediatric outpatient clinics across the United States, where the company operates clinics in 32 states and continues to grow. The clinician travels weekly, typically departing Monday afternoon or evening, working in a clinic Tuesday through Friday, and returning home Friday afternoon or evening. Employees are home every Saturday and Sunday, and assignments are provided more than two weeks in advance. Travel may be to a local clinic or another state; candidates should live near a major airport. The company covers travel expenses and provides a per diem. The clinician evaluates and treats infants with plagiocephaly and misshapen ears, using the DOC Band® to reshape head shapes and EarWell® to correct ear shapes. Clinicians work directly with families throughout treatment and take over another clinician’s caseload. The role offers a formal training and mentoring program, minimal paperwork, no productivity or patient quotas, and opportunities for future training, mentoring, and internal advancement. A pediatric background is preferred but is not required. Pay is $95,000–$105,000, dependent on field tenure and relevant experience, plus a travel bonus; the position is also eligible for quarterly performance bonuses and annual raises.
