Requirements

• Clean drivers record and ability to pass annual MVR
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with store personnel and team members.
• Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently and complete assignments with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment when addressing in-store opportunities or challenges.
• Comfortable using smartphone technology, including mobile apps, email, and photo documentation.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule and complete accepted assignments, reporting, photos, and expense submissions accurately and on time.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to follow project instructions and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within an assigned local territory.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Previous merchandising, retail, inventory, customer service, or related experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Service stores within your assigned territory to help ensure products are properly displayed, organized, and ready for customers.
• Tasks may include updating planograms, stocking shelves, completing audits and surveys, assisting with store refreshes, applying security tags, and supporting other merchandising projects as needed.
• Review and plan your visit schedule and workload in your assigned stores, utilizing an app
• This position requires direct communication to a District Manager, but you will work independently onsite at our retailer’s locations.
• Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours.
• Periodic overnight travel
• Booked in advance by footprint
