The role leads and coordinates project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and representatives on mechanical and electrical systems; manages schedule, contract items, RFIs, budgets, and change orders; and works with the MEP Superintendent and VDC Engineer on coordination, installation, quality, and project turnover. The employee regularly works on-site at construction work sites. The position involves occasional climbing, lifting, and other physical activity, and exposure to construction-site conditions including moving mechanical parts, heights, airborne particles, weather, electrical-shock risk, and moderate to very loud noise. Other duties may be assigned.
