About The Position
Centurion is seeking a Full-time Traveling Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Centurion Eagles Travel Team at Women's Eastern Reception Diagnostic Classification Center in Vandalia, Missouri. This role involves providing holistic nursing care within the scope of practice to incarcerated patients, working under the direction of Registered Nurses and medical/psychiatric staff to address physical and behavioral health needs. Travel LPNs assigned to Missouri can earn up to $1,625/week, including a non-taxed weekly stipend. Our travelers are full-time, benefit-eligible Centurion employees with opportunities nationwide.
Requirements
- Active unencumbered Missouri or Compact LPN License with IV-Certification
- Must live 90+ miles from designated facility.
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of one year of work experience as an LPN in a community outpatient clinic, hospital, correctional facility or long-term care facility preferred
- Minimum of one year of travel nursing experience preferred
