Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Demonstrated experience in a variety of concrete repair methods, ranging from crack repair to surface preparation, finishing, and more, is preferred.
  • This role requires nationwide travel for approximately 90-100% of the time.
  • Rotations home every 4 or 6 weeks.
  • Extensive knowledge of the construction field, including the ability to interpret technical drawings, use tools and machinery, take accurate measurements, and apply mathematical skills.
  • Proven track record of mentoring personnel, enhancing productivity, and managing daily work schedules efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of and dedication to safety culture, regulations, performing risk assessments, and enforcing safety procedures on-site.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate between management, workers, and clients.
  • Computer skills.
  • Capable of quickly resolving on-site issues and adapting to evolving project requirements.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; “Real IDs” are required for air travel.
  • Vector maintains a drug- and alcohol-free workplace; all new hires must pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Providing practical, hands-on support for various projects and scopes.
  • Maintaining company assets e.g., vehicles, equipment, tools, etc.
  • Assisting in maintaining required site record documents.
  • Ensuring a cooperative, communicative and progressive co-worker relationship with field team and the division’s management team, focused on achieving project goals.
  • Promoting and maintaining a positive professional business conduct with clients and suppliers.
  • Performing other duties and accountabilities as assigned by the divisional management team.
