About The Position

Join MasterCorp, Inc., a leader in hospitality services, as a Traveling Laundry Attendant in Sapphire, North Carolina. This is a temporary, 3-month contract position for U.S. workers only, offering competitive pay and the possibility of long-term employment for high performers. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assisting and supporting the Executive Housekeeper in meeting quality and timeliness standards.
  • Following the company mission statement and values.
  • Maintaining a high standard of excellence regarding the laundry portion of the job.
  • Sorting clean/dirty linen and placing them in designated bins.
  • Pre-treating stains according to color and/or type.
  • Removing damaged linens.
  • Operating washers/dryers appropriately.
  • Monitoring and replacing detergent and other cleaning agents as needed.
  • Folding and distributing clean linens to proper storage or unit linen bags.
  • Performing daily maintenance on all machines (lint traps, vents, etc.).
  • Assisting in monthly linen inventory.
  • Reporting any laundry maintenance issues to the manager.
  • Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and organization of laundry and storage areas.
  • Ensuring a safe working environment at each site and office.
  • Performing all duties related to site operation as directed by the Executive Housekeeper.
  • Maintaining a sense of urgency so that linens are distributed on time.
  • Being prompt with all assignments and appointments.
  • Using supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively.
  • Assisting in linen inventories and supplies as directed.
  • Assisting in solving guest complaints promptly.
  • Creating strong, positive customer relations.
  • Assisting resort guests and owners.
  • Making guest deliveries as directed.
  • Being knowledgeable of the resort.
  • Performing additional tasks as directed by MasterCorp Management.
