About The Position
This is an hourly non-exempt Traveling Laborer position, working under the direction of a Crew Leader (Foreman). The role involves various tasks related to environmental control and landscaping, including filter sock installation, silt fence installation, seeding, hydro-seeding, straw mat installation, straw waddle installation, and fertilizing. Additionally, the Laborer will provide support to other company divisions as needed. The position is initially temporary with the potential to become full-time.
