About The Position

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Traveling Site Leader to provide coverage and support to all Tidal Wave Auto Spa locations across the United States. This role is crucial during management transitions, grand openings, leaves of absence, or while awaiting a full-time General Manager assignment. The position requires full-time travel and offers the opportunity to gain extensive training and experience in the Car Wash Industry, with a path towards a permanent General Manager position, where the average annual income is $100k+.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of Customer & Team Facing Leadership Experience Required.
• Full-Time Travel and Relocatable Capability Required.

• Excellent Communication Skills.
• A willingness to work on equipment and get your hands dirty.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Background Check & Drug Screen
• Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for extended periods of time (up to 8–10 hours per shift).
• Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, climbing, and crouching required.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally more with assistance.
• Requires manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to operate car wash equipment, hoses, and controls.
• Visual acuity to monitor vehicle condition, equipment function, and safety compliance.
• Must be comfortable working in varying outdoor weather conditions, including heat, cold, humidity, and rain.
• Regular exposure to water, cleaning chemicals, noise, and moving mechanical equipment.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and respond quickly to safety or operational concerns in a noisy environment.
• Ability to perform job duties safely and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• This role will require work outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on company needs.
• This role may also require occasional driving for company business using a company, rental, or personal vehicle.
• A valid driver's license and compliance with company driving standards are required.

• Restaurant Management experience is ideal and skill sets are easily transferrable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8-14 employees and create a fun & safe work environment.
• Demonstrate support by communicating Tidal Wave’s values and culture, while promoting and training all team members on Tidal Wave’s standards and procedures.
• Perform limited admin work and quick checks on equipment.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, and company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, landscaping, parking lot, and equipment rooms.
• Provide coverage and support to all Tidal Wave Auto Spa locations across the United States.
• Manage a location until a full-time General Manager is assigned.
