About The Position

OWL Services is hiring a Traveling Fuel Technician Apprentice to work hands-on in the field servicing fuel stations. This job is for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, are comfortable with travel, and seek steady employment with opportunities for overtime and advancement. The company provides on-the-job training, and while mechanical experience is helpful, it is not required for candidates willing to learn. The role involves calibrating fuel pumps, performing minor maintenance on fuel dispensing equipment, setting up tools and equipment at job sites, using basic technology for work recording, and driving a company truck to various locations across multiple states. This is a travel-heavy position, with potential for being on the road for weeks at a time, but hotel accommodations and a daily per diem are provided.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and work with hands.
• Comfortable with being on the road and traveling for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license.
• Basic phone/tablet skills.
• Clean driving record.
• Must pass a company-paid DOT physical and drug screen.
• Comfortable lifting 10–50 lbs and working on your feet, kneeling, bending, and reaching.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions.

Responsibilities
