You'll deliver exceptional service, promote Clearview’s products and services, and support a full range of financial transactions, all while traveling to serve multiple locations and representing Clearview at community events.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 6 months of customer-facing or transferable experience
Clear and effective communication skills that build strong, trust-based relationships
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
Flexibility to travel between Financial Centers and work varied hours based on operational needs.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Employees must have reliable access to a personal vehicle.
Employees must maintain active auto insurance that meets or exceeds the minimum liability coverage required by the state in which their vehicle is registered.

Understanding of financial products and services is preferred
Sales and cross-selling experience is highly desirable

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor for members' financial needs, offering solutions, handling transactions, and building meaningful relationships.
Open new accounts, assist with account updates, and support lending opportunities.
Cross-sell Clearview’s full range of products using digital tools to match members’ needs.
Educate members on self-service options, such as a self-service kiosk or digital banking station, ATM, and automated phone service.
Provide accurate rate quotes and product information.
Resolve member concerns efficiently and professionally.
Support Clearview’s presence at community and charity events.
Stay current on financial products, promotions, and policies.
Participate in training, team initiatives, and ongoing professional development.
