About The Position

The Four Seasons Resort Lānaʻi is looking for a Lānaʻi Experience Planner who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. The Lanaʻi Experience Planner (LEP) is based at the Los Angeles Sales Office and supports Four Seasons Resort Lanaʻi, Sensei Lanaʻi, and affiliated Lanaʻi entities by coordinating personalized pre-arrival and on-island guest experiences. Working closely with resort teams, this role ensures seamless trip planning, exceptional guest service, and memorable experiences while identifying opportunities to enhance guest engagement and drive incremental revenue.

Requirements

  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
  • Holidays and weekends availability is required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
  • Ability to travel to Lānaʻi as required for business needs
  • Experience in luxury hospitality, guest experience coordination, concierge services, or other high-touch service environments
  • Proven ability to create personalized itineraries, coordinate activities and special arrangements, and deliver seamless pre-arrival and on-island guest experiences

Responsibilities

  • Manage guest inquiries across phone, email, and chat channels, providing personalized recommendations, building detailed itineraries, and maintaining accurate guest profiles to deliver exceptional service
  • Coordinate pre-arrival experiences by gathering guest preferences, travel details, and special requests, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless planning and execution
  • Partner with resort departments and external providers, including transportation partners, to coordinate travel arrangements, share accurate information, and ensure a smooth guest journey
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through personalized recommendations and upselling of resort services, activities, and experiences while maintaining a guest-first approach
  • Maintain accurate guest records and complete administrative responsibilities, including confirmations, correspondence, reporting, and documentation to support operational excellence and service consistency
