Requirements

3+ years of commercial facility maintenance experience.
EPA Certification required.
Valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally as needed.
Ability to pass drug, background, driving record, and security clearance checks.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
Willingness to work overtime and travel when required.
Experience with general commercial repairs, including painting, carpentry, and plumbing.
Ability to read blueprints, plans, and technical diagrams.
Budget management experience.
Comfortable using mobile devices for work orders and reporting.
Professional, customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
High school diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

Trade school education and relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform general repairs and small service projects (e.g., walls, windows, doors)
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with appliances and building systems.
Conduct service, inspections, and routine preventive maintenance on plumbing and electrical systems.
Provide HVAC service on systems that consist of but limited to on Split systems, Rooftop package units, VAV’s, and water source heat pumps.
Engage with clients to confirm service requests and ensure satisfaction.
Adhere to safety standards and building regulations.

Benefits

Hourly Rate: $30-$45/hour ($62,400–$93,600 annually)
On-Call Compensation: $150 for scheduled on-call duties.
Paid Time Off: Start with 48 hours, increasing to 168 hours with tenure.
